Project - Here Kitty Kitty Cards

This project we featured artist Suzanne Cannon of Quietfire Design in BC Canada.
The
Scor-itTM board helped in the creation of her Just Cats Cards.

These are both the same card, but the one on the right has a little trimming happening!

Supplies:
- Cardstock (cover weight) 7.5" x 23" (for the smaller version you will need 7.5" x 9")
- Bone Folder and ruler or Scor-it Board
- Just Cats die-cuts
- Marker for lettering your message
- Removable Tape for temporarily attaching the kitties till you decided where they are happy
- Glue or Double-sided Tape
- Cut your paper to size.
- You may decorate you paper with any technique that pleases you.
- Score the card as shown in the diagram.
- If you're using the Scor-it Board, flip your card over each time you make a new score - it'll do the work for you!

This will give you an accordion where each Mountain is higher than the preceding one. This allows the Kitties to see over one another!

Choose your kitties from the Just Cats selection and glue them in position on the same side of each of the mountains. You may need to get down at their level to do your best designing! Use the removable tape to hold them in place until they're perfect. Attach them permanently with glue or double-sided tape

Letter a message on the flat parts of the card!

If you are making the short card, the edge of the card is where the 5 1/2" line of the large card is positioned and your first score will be the +1" line.

This is a wonderful card and provides lots of opportunity for decoration! Give the Kitties party hats!

The large card can be closed up and tied with waxed linen thread embellished with a bead.
