Project: Brag Box
This project featured artist Denise Randon.
The Scor-itTM Board helped in the creation of her Brag Box

Instructions:
Take 2 Sheets of 12x12 Paper
I like Cosmo Cricket or Basic Grey for this project. The weight is perfect and it holds up to constant use. (Light weight, printed papers for the top and cardstock for the bottom, work well for the beginner.
- Take your first sheet of paper.
- Score at 6”, turn the paper a half turn and score at 6”. (Example 1)
- This will create 4 squares on your paper. Make a small mark where the lines cross. (Let’s hope this is the center of your paper, cause if its not, you didn’t look at the pics!)
- Score from point to point on each corner of your paper. (examples 2 & 3)
- Fold on the scores, so all points are now in the middle of your page, creating a square. (example 4)
- Score 2” in on all 4 sides of the paper. (examples 5 & 6)
- Unfold two opposite sides. (example 7)
- On the two sides, that are still folded, fold on scored lines to create two sides of the box. (example 8)
- Fold other two sides in and down. (examples 9, 10 &11)
- Finished box top. (examples 12 & 13)
- Score 12x12 every 4”, turn paper half turn and score every 4”. This will create 9 blocks. (examples 14 & 15)
- Use a straight edge to cut the 4 corner squares out. (examples 16 & 17)
- To make a second set of pages, cut 1/2” off each side to create 11 1/2” page.
- Score every 3 3/4” across page. Turn half turn and repeat. Use straight edge to cut 4 corners out. When second page is cut, adhere to center square of first page.
- Fold sides up to create bottom of box. (example 18)
- For the mini album, take 2 left over corners, trim to 3 5/8”. Cut a strip 3 1/2” by 12. Score every 3 1/2 “ and trim off excess. (Or use excess to attach to left over square.) Adhere both squares to top and bottom of accordion book. (Example 19)
Finished bottom. (examples 20-22)
Finished project (examples 23-24)
Have fun with this and decorate away! I created an accordion folded mini book for the bottom and just added some fun embellishments to the pages.
